Why Boecia
Boecia was started by two recruiters, one from Romania and one from Colombia. The name comes from a tree in each country: the acacia, planted across Romania to hold the ground and enrich the soil, and the ocobo, which flowers across Colombia in the dry season. We work for both sides of every hire.
